This is a major upgrade for any company that does repeat work for customers. You can now set you customer up as a ‘recurring customer’ and assign jobs to that customer and then group those jobs together on a single invoice.

For those that need to, you can now ask your customers to declare the value of their goods (for insurance purposes) on the online acceptance system.
Generic staff resources
Not everyone knows in advance which staff will be working on which jobs so you can now add generic staff against jobs in the meantime. (1 x driver, 2 x porter required, for example)
Offline survey
The offline survey is now available on Android devices and mobile phones, should you find yourself on site without your iPad etc
